List transactions

Return a paginated list of deposits, withdrawals, and conversions. Each conversion appears as two rows sharing the same con_… id (side=SOURCE and side=TARGET), one per account leg.

A cursor is a keyset position within one specific ordering, so it is only valid for the sort_by/sort_order it was issued under. Changing either while passing an old cursor returns 400 VALIDATION_ERROR — restart pagination without a cursor whenever the sort changes.
