Returns the latest terms signature per provider for the customer as a list, including the agreement documents (PDFs) for each entry. status is PENDING until the customer accepts (learned at onboarding), then ACCEPTED. Use expires_at to determine whether a signature is still active. Returns 200 with an empty data array when no terms have been minted.
