Initiate a deposit

https://api.checker.finance/v1/payments/deposits

Initiate a deposit into an account. A malformed account_id (not a well-formed acc_ public ID) returns 400 VALIDATION_ERROR; an unknown but well-formed id returns 404 NOT_FOUND. Corridors where deposits are reported rather than initiated do not support initiation and return 422 OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED.
