Execute a conversion

Execute a quote, converting the source currency into the target currency. The conversion is usually PENDING on create — poll GET /conversions/{id} until COMPLETED before paying the balance out. Quotes are short-lived; an expired one is rejected with QUOTE_EXPIRED before execution, or if it expires at the provider while hedging. The source account's available balance is checked before the quote is reserved; an amount exceeding it is rejected with INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS and the quote stays usable. Source and target accounts are resolved from the quote's currencies, under the customer the quote is scoped to.
